planning and marketing, Team Lightbulb has the experience necessary

exposure and revenue. The Lightbulb team has successfully launched many projects including
tradeshows, publications sales, webinars, specialized conferences and developing successful ventures in consulting, concert and sporting
event sales and all areas of new technology. Our
professional experience focuses on telecom and broadcasting, and our interests
are much broader.
John D. Abel, Partner
With over
30 years of experience John is a seasoned executive in trade associations,
trade shows, new business development and the telecommunication and
broadcasting industries. Considered the architect who built the NAB convention into the
premier event it is today, John's entrepreneurial spirit has taken him from a
Chairman and Professor at Michigan
State University to USTelecom, with owning his own business in between. An author of more than 50 journal articles, books and research reports,
he has been a consultant to numerous radio and television stations, cable systems, communications
law firms and other telecommunications businesses. John is a distinguished
speaker known worldwide for his informative and challenging presentations on new
communication technologies and their impact on existing and established media.

Lee Ann Burr, Partner
A resourceful senior executive, Lee Ann has nearly 25
years of experience in conference, event and tradeshow management. Recognized
for her exceptional organization and operations skills, Lee Ann has managed and
or produced successful conferences and tradeshows ranging in size from 50 people
to 100,000 people. Her other strengths include financial management, business
process redesign, and staff recruitment and retention. Lee Ann’s professional
career spans both the non-profit and for-profit sectors including USTelecom,
National Retail Federation, American Society for Training & Development,
National Association of Broadcasters, PGI, Taj International Hotels, and her own
consulting practice. Lee
Ann is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association, and
served on the PCMA board of directors and was president of its largest chapter.

Mark Rebholz,
Partner
Brand development and marketing, international business development, event
planning, exhibit and sponsorship sales, publications . . . with over sixteen
years of experience Mark understands how to research, develop,
execute and promote a successful event. After working in the events/public
relations department at Macys (including the Thanksgiving Day Parade), Mark
easily transitioned into associations at NAB starting in sponsorship sales and
ending as the director of their successful European Radio Conference. Mark
moved to USTelecom where he worked on the launch of the association's new trade
show. From large conventions to intimate
seminars, in the US and overseas, Mark has done it all.

Sean Sullivan, Partner
Sean brings to
the team over 11 years of exhibit and sponsorship sales experience, including
the specialized skill of launching tradeshows. Most recently he was the
Senior Sales Executive at the United States Telecom Association. While
there he played an integral role in increasing non-dues revenue by 500% through
the introduction of an e-bookstore, launch of a career center, development and
management of several industry conferences and webinars.
Previously, Sean was at the Personal Communications Industry Association where
his responsibilities included management of the membership sections and
advertising sales. Sean is the founder of PrimoSeats, a sporting and
events ticketing company.
